  3. I am a writer and editor specializing in Jewish History.
I am also an American Film Institute graduate.

I am working on a list of *modern* anti-Semitic films,
movies which portray Jews in a highly negative,
    stereotypical, or fraudulent way.

An example of a modern anti-Semitic film would be
“The Doctor” (1991), which was based on the autobiography
of a very Jewish doctor, but the film character was turned
into a gentile who was forced to confront a fictitious and
    highly stereotypic Jewish villain.

Would you care to tell me your choices?

    Stan Brin

    • Stan, good question. I think that An Education has a very ugly set of stereotypes in it, although I understand that the filmmakers insisted that was not their intent.

I’d be very interested in seeing your list!
